Yoga is a daily practice. For real results, practice at least 4-5 times a week. Within 4-5 months, you will have major shifts in your body, mind and life.

All classes are accessible and can be adapted. YinYang has slightly less movement and transitions. Yin is floor based with no transitions or movement. Both Vinyasa and Power will create stability and mobility along with core function and breath control.

It depends on what the injury is. Best to come to the studio and speak with Blair who can help to assess. If it is an acute injury that just occurred, you would possibly have to rest to let the spasms and inflammation settle, which can take anything from 1-3 days or longer. If it is chronic, the mind-body-breath connection that yoga is would help immediately, and over the longer term, would possibly eliminate the pain completely.

Yes, absolutely, you should practice. Yoga is about stabilising your body, mind and energy. This has nothing to do with flexibility apart from getting your body functionally mobile and supporting it with lifestyle habits that support your life and your chosen life path.

Vinyasa and Power are strong practices. You can progress into stronger variations, which create long strong muscles, and mobile and stable joints, whilst lowering heart rate through breath control. YinYang will also transform your body, especially if you have old injuries and joint pain.

Yes, every class has breathwork and meditation as preparation for the class. You want to learn to breathe and focus as you practice.

Yes absolutely, our teacher training focuses on your personal practice first and foremost. You learn all about your body, mind and subtle body. Once you understand yourself, then all you have to do is share what you know within your personal experience. The teaching and assisting component is also truly life changing.

Yes you can because it is an extension of the 200-hour training. Both 200 and 300 hour trainings are experience based trainings. There are theory and discussion workshops but they are all related to the practices you will be doing. Doing both trainings back to back is a profound immersion for you and your life.
