Awaken body and mind through breath and movement. The art of vinyasa is to learn and develop functional movement and coordinated breathing. To achieve this, we will first look at the five qualities of vinyasa yoga, and learn how to implement and practice these powerful transformative qualities that are accessible to all walks of life.

Art of Vinyasa workshop will give you the insight and capacity to practice at whatever level you are at. You will learn how to modify or progress with clarity and integrity. Blair will break down the classic sun salutation A and B with clear directive instruction on how to develop real core strength through your breathing practice. Learning Ujjayi breath and how this breath stabilises your core and spine is a real art and not to be missed.

This is a all levels workshop.
