Think with your body and feel with your mind.

Learning how to position your feet and rotate your legs, whether internal or external, or a combination of both. is the foundation of the standing postures. More importantly than that is how to adapt the postures to fit your individual needs to allow your joints to stabilise and/or mobilise. Once we establish good external alignment, we can then create great internal forms of alignment where energy, information and coherent frequency can flow. This is the goal of the asana practice.

Standing strong is a powerful workshop for you to establish the roots of the practice, whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practising for years. When you grow deep roots, the fruits taste exotically different.
